Today, my Apple id, which I have been using for more than ten years, was suddenly banned. I called Apple's customer service, and they just kept telling me that "cannot be unblocked" and refused to tell me what user terms my account was violated. They just gave me a "user terms website" and then hung up the phone. This is very barbaric and unfair, isn't it? I have no ownership of the consumption and privacy information I have accumulated in my account for more than ten years. Even the right to know why my account was blocked was deprived. Since I started using smartphones, I have always chosen Apple, not because of how good the hardware is, but because I trust Apple's philosophy, which puts user experience and satisfaction first. But what happened today almost cleared my favourability for the Apple brand. I am very disappointed with Apple's handling.@tim_cook
